Shipping policy

Cost: All domestic and international shipping is FREE OF CHARGE!

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In special cases or quicker processing requirements, please write to laurentia@silkdilaurentia.com or add such a note to your checkout and we will strive to accommodate your request at no extra cost.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic shipping (within the Netherlands) is estimated to arrive within 1 – 5 working days.

All EU shipping is estimated to arrive within 1 – 10 working days.

Local delivery

Amsterdam pickup

You can skip the waiting and pick up your parcel at Gelderlandplein Mall or Station Zuid if you live in Amsterdam. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day if you chose Amsterdam pick-up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our Amsterdam pickup times will be as discussed with the customer by email or on phone. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping to all countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. silk di Laurentia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied in your country and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at laurentia@silkdilaurentia with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
